The Roller Door Shutter Motor may be installed on the left or the right side.

Direct Drive Without Safety Catch

DTDC/DTWC Series

The DTDC/DTWC series of operators translates into a sturdy & attractive solution for small to medium size shutter doors.

The unit offers the benefit of being compact while still offering an abundance of functions & features to suit almost any application.

The client has an option of selecting either a hand crank, or hand chain override, for emergency operation.

The motor is offered with integrated mechanical limits, thermal overload switch and manual override cut-out, as standard.

Direct Drive With Safety Catch

MDF Series

The MDF series are direct drive openers with mechanical limit switches which can be processed by the CS 310 or AS210B controllers. All MDF openers have an integrated position and speed-independent safety catch device. A crank is provided as standard equipment for use in an emergency. Conversion to a chain is possible, but it can also be supplied with a chain ready fitted. The performance spectrum ranges from 140 Nm to 2,000 Nm, depending on the winding shaft diameter and the curtain weight.

Econo Drive – AC Models

Econo 600/800 Chain Drives
The Econo Drive is a plug & play operator for low usage applications. This compact, entry level solution, offers an Integrated, dual limit system which is reliable & easy to set up. An emergency hand chain and wired push button station are fitted as standard on these operators.
Accessing the remote operation is as easy as plugging in the unique Econo system receiver.
**Additional functions may be accessed if the KT500 plugin controller is linked to the unit. This optional item enables the facility for low current accessories like, external receivers, key switches and the 613M reflective photocell. Items sold as optional extra.

Econo Drive – 24VDC Models

Econo 500/750DC Chain Drives
The Econo DC range of operators combines reliability with the convenience of backup battery, where sites do not have reliable and consistent power available. The Simplicity of the unit is in its plug & play design which makes for an easy in installation. The DC motor comprises of an Integrated, dual limit system which acts as a safety, should a limit switch fail. An emergency hand chain is a standard feature on the motor.
Push button function is accessed on the cover of an attractive LCD controller, which also displays critical system information.
The Econo remotes are included as standard in the package.
Additional functions become available by adding the Econo DC interface module, which offers the facility for external receivers, key switches and the infrared photocells.
These are available as optional extra items.

KD Chain Drives

The KD Chain drives are a versatile operator which utilises a sprocket and chain set at a specific ratio, to achieve the desired output torque. The KD20 & KD30 models are offered with the CS 310 controller.
All KD chain drive operators have an integrated limit system which includes a set of backup limits, which help prevent damage to the motor, as well as the door. A fitted drive shaft & an emergency hand chain override is provided as standard on these operators.
The performance spectrum ranges from 80 Nm to 1,650 Nm, depending on the winding shaft diameter and the curtain weight.

Models available with 60% & 80% duty cycle.
